Space Invaders (shown as Starfall Siege on the App Store) is an arcade game for iPhone and Android, made by KO Labs. This policy explains what data the app handles, how it is used, and what controls you have. It describes version 2 and later; differences in earlier versions are noted below.
/// Data Stored on Your Device
Your progress (highest phase reached, high score, Codex discoveries and pending achievements), your selected ship, your settings and a record of your purchases are stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to us.
/// Leaderboard and Achievements
The leaderboard and achievements use Apple Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games (Android). If you sign in, your high score and achievements are sent to that service and appear under your Game Center or Play Games name. Apple and Google handle this data under their own privacy policies. We don't run our own leaderboard server, and signing in is optional.
/// Analytics and Diagnostics
The app uses Google Firebase to understand how the game is played and to keep it stable. Firebase Analytics records gameplay events such as screens viewed, games started and finished, phases completed, bosses defeated and power-ups collected. Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports and error logs; if you're signed in to Game Center or Play Games, crash reports are tagged with that service's player identifier so we can group them. Firebase Performance Monitoring collects app performance data. None of this is linked to your name or contact details, and the app does not use your device's advertising identifier.
/// Push Notifications
If you allow notifications, your device registers with Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send occasional game announcements from the Firebase console. The registration token stays with Firebase; we don't store it. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
/// Remote Configuration
The app uses Firebase Remote Config to adjust game settings, such as balance tuning and feature toggles, without an app update. This fetches configuration from Google's servers.
/// In-App Purchases
Additional ships can be bought through the App Store or Google Play. Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never receive your payment details. The app checks your purchases on your device to unlock what you bought.
/// Advertising
The current version shows no ads. If a future version shows ads, they will be served by Google AdMob, and we will update this policy before that version is released to describe what Google collects and the choices you have.
/// Earlier Versions
Versions before 2.0 used our own leaderboard server. When you signed in, they sent your Game Center or Play Games player identifier and display name, your platform, your country code (from your device's region setting), your scores with the phase reached and difficulty, and your push notification token. Version 2.0 and later send none of this to us.
/// Permissions
Space Invaders does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location. It may ask for permission to send notifications, which is optional.
/// Third-Party Services
The app integrates with Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config and Cloud Messaging) and the App Store and Google Play billing systems. These services process data under their own privacy policies (policies.google.com/privacy and apple.com/legal/privacy).

Local game data can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the app. Leaderboard scores and achievements are managed in your Game Center or Play Games account. To request deletion of any data stored from an earlier version, contact us at koliveiradev0@gmail.com with the subject line 'Space Invaders Data Deletion'. We will remove it within 30 days.
/// Children's Privacy
Space Invaders is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through the app, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
