Pockarty is a single-player pocket RPG for iPhone. It works entirely offline. This policy explains the very small amount of data involved and what control you have over it.
/// Data We Collect
Pockarty does not collect, store, share, or sell any personal information. The game has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and makes no network requests.
/// Your Game Progress
Your party, camp, equipment and trip progress are saved locally on your iPhone, in a container shared only between the Pockarty app and its widget extension. This data is never sent to us or anyone else.
/// Live Activities
Pockarty shows trips on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island using Live Activities. These, and the Explore and Pass buttons on them, run on your device and don't send data anywhere. You can turn Live Activities off at any time in Settings → Pockarty.
/// Permissions
Pockarty does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, location, or health data. The only system feature it asks to use is Live Activities.
/// Support Correspondence
If you email support, we receive the email address and any information you choose to send. We use it only to respond to and resolve your request. Email is processed by our email provider, Google, to deliver and store the correspondence. You can request deletion of support correspondence by email; it is retained only as long as needed to address the request or meet applicable obligations.
/// Third-Party Services
The app and widget extension include no analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or behavioral tracking SDKs. The privacy manifest in both bundles declares no tracking and no collected data.
/// Data Deletion
There is no account and no server-side data to delete. You can delete all game data at any time by uninstalling the app. Apple may process platform diagnostics according to your device settings and Apple's privacy policy.
/// This Website
These pages use no analytics, cookies, or tracking scripts. The web hosting provider may process ordinary connection information needed to deliver the pages. Such web requests are entirely separate from the game, which makes no network requests.
/// Children's Privacy
Pockarty does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app has no user accounts and transmits no data to anyone.
/// Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
