Gloopfall

Last updated: 2026-09-26

/// Overview

Gloopfall is a single-player arcade game for iPhone, iPad and Android, made by KO Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles and why. The short version: we don't run servers, we don't have accounts, and we never see your personal data. Your progress stays on your device. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google collects some data to serve them, as described below.

/// Data That Stays on Your Device

Your level progress, coins, skins, achievements, Daily Maze streak and settings are saved on your device. They are never sent to us. If you delete the app, this data is deleted too.

/// Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows optional rewarded ads (for example, to continue a level) and occasional ads between attempts. The ads come from Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect: device identifiers, such as the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, if you allow tracking, or the Android advertising ID) and an app-scoped identifier; coarse location worked out from your IP address; ad and usage data, such as which ads were shown or tapped, and app launches; and diagnostics, such as crash and performance data about the ad SDK. Google's use of this data is covered by Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and its page on how Google uses information from apps that use its services (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

/// Tracking and Consent

On iOS, the app asks on first launch whether Gloopfall may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the advertising identifier is not shared. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads. Either way, the ads you see may then be less relevant. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and where US state privacy laws apply, a consent message from Google lets you choose how your data is used. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy choices in the app.

/// Leaderboards and Achievements

If you're signed in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), your highest level, your Daily Maze score and your achievements are sent to that service. They appear on leaderboards under your Game Center or Play Games name. Apple's and Google's handling of this data is covered by their own privacy policies. You can sign out of Game Center in iOS Settings, or of Play Games in the Google Play Games settings.

/// In-App Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store, or by Google through Google Play. We never receive your payment details. The app checks your purchases on your device to unlock what you bought.

/// Permissions

Gloopfall does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location. On iOS, the only system prompt it shows is the App Tracking Transparency request described above.

/// Support Correspondence

If you email support, we receive the email address and any information you choose to send. We use it only to respond to and resolve your request. Email is processed by our email provider, Google, to deliver and store the correspondence. You can request deletion of support correspondence by email.

/// Your Choices

Turn off tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or reset or delete your advertising ID on Android in Settings → Privacy → Ads. Change your ad consent in the app under Settings → Privacy choices, where this applies. Buy Remove Ads to turn off the ads between attempts; rewarded ads are always optional. To delete all of your game data, delete the app.

/// Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
