Constellations is a single-player puzzle game for iPhone and iPad, made by KO Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles. The short version: Constellations collects no data at all. We don't run servers, we don't have accounts, and the app never sends anything over the network.
/// Data That Stays on Your Device
Your solved nights, the figures in your star atlas, the night you're currently playing and your settings (sound, haptics, line colour) are saved on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, this data is deleted too.
/// No Tracking, Ads or Analytics
The app contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash-reporting service and no third-party SDKs. It does not use the advertising identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites.
/// Permissions
Constellations does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, location, notifications or any other sensitive capability. It shows no permission prompts.
/// Links in the App
The Settings screen links to this privacy policy and to the support page. Opening them loads these pages in your browser; the app itself sends nothing.
/// Support Correspondence
If you email support, we receive the email address and any information you choose to send. We use it only to respond to and resolve your request. Email is processed by our email provider, Google, to deliver and store the correspondence. You can request deletion of support correspondence by email.
/// This Website
These pages use no analytics, cookies, or tracking scripts. The web hosting provider may process ordinary connection information needed to deliver the pages.
/// Children's Privacy
Constellations collects no personal information from anyone, including children. If you have questions about a child's use of the app, please contact us.
/// Changes to This Policy
If a future version adds features that handle data (for example, in-app purchases or cloud sync), we will update this policy before that version is released. Changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
